Visitors: Optionally, details about website visits as described in our cookie policy.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Access the band resources area of the website
  • Process enquires via the contact us form
  • Via cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to your queries or allow access to the band resources area of the website.

Members can also delete their profile from the website directly by using the ‘delete account’ button.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep members information as long as they require access to the band resources area of the website. We don not share this information with any other organisations or individuals.

Information is deleted once a member leaves the band or if they request that their profile is deleted.

Requests via the contact us form are forwarded as emails to Roynon Performing Arts, who organise the band. They are not stored on the website.
